-> Flowers, cakes, chocolates, and hampers
-> Occasion-based gifting products
Most products are made-to-order based on user inputs.
3. Customization Responsibility:
-> The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of customization details, including text, names, images, dates, colors, and designs.
-> GiftRatna shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
-> Once an order is placed, customized content cannot be changed or canceled.
4. Product Appearance & Variations:
-> Product images displayed on the Platform are representational.
-> Since many products are handmade or customized, slight variations in color, size, shape, print alignment, or finish may occur.
-> Such variations shall not be considered defects.
5. Perishable Items (Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, etc.)
-> Perishable items will be attempted for delivery only once.
-> If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept, or restricted access, no refund or redelivery shall be provided.
-> Delivery time slots are estimated, not guaranteed.
6. Delivery & Shipping
-> Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, festivals, strikes, or logistical constraints.
-> GiftRatna is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
-> Additional charges such as local taxes, octroi, or duties, if applicable, shall be borne by the recipient.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-> Customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once order processing begins.
-> Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
-> No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction arising from personalization preferences.
8. Pricing & Availability
-> All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
-> Product availability may vary based on location and demand.
-> GiftRatna reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse service at its discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
-> All content on the Platform, including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of GiftRatna.
-> Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
GiftRatna shall not be liable for:
-> Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-> Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
-> Delays or failures beyond reasonable control
In any event, GiftRatna’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific order.
