Return Policy  – GiftRatna

At GiftRatna, all products are customized and made-to-order. Therefore, we follow a strict no-return policy.

1. No Return Policy
-> Products once ordered cannot be returned under any circumstances
-> This applies to all customized, personalized, and made-to-order products
-> Refunds are not provided in any case

2. Replacement / Exchange Only (In Case of Damage)
-> If a product is damaged during transit or found to be defective at the time of delivery,
only replacement or exchange will be provided
-> Return of the product is not allowed
-> Replacement or exchange is subject to verification and approval by GiftRatna

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request a replacement or exchange:
-> A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
-> Video must start before opening the package
-> The damage and packaging must be clearly visible

⚠️ No unboxing video = No replacement or exchange

4. Time Limit to Report Damage
-> Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
-> Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

5. What Is Not Covered
Replacement or exchange will not be provided for:
-> Minor color, print, or size variations
-> Damage caused after delivery or during usage
-> Incorrect details provided by the customer during customization
-> Change of mind or personal preference
-> Absence of unboxing video proof

6. Perishable Items
-> Flowers, cakes, chocolates, and other perishable items are non-returnable and non-replaceable
-> Delivery will be attempted only once

7. Final Decision
GiftRatna reserves the right to:
-> Approve or reject any replacement or exchange request
-> Request additional proof if required
-> Take the final decision in all such matters
